I am a UK Chartered Engineer and Senior Programme Manager & Project Director, based in Staffordshire, with more than 20 years’ UK and international experience delivering complex, high-value engineering, manufacturing and business transformation programmes across FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing.

I specialise in transforming complex challenges into clear, structured and executable solutions, leading projects and programmes from concept, feasibility and business case through advanced engineering, design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, validation and operational handover. My expertise covers complex manufacturing transformation, major CAPEX programmes, factory expansion and infrastructure, construction, automation and digital manufacturing, production relocation and site consolidation, engineering delivery, PMO governance, and end-to-end project and programme leadership.

I combine advanced engineering expertise with strategic programme leadership, bringing together technical delivery, commercial management, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and contractor and supplier leadership.
My approach is focused on achieving measurable business outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, cost and programme performance.
