Marian has been working for Aliaxis on a project management for an important transformation of our manufacturing and Logistics footprint. Marian has been coordinating in a very diligent way all activities from phasing out the operations, dismantling the assets, relocation & transfer of production to other EMEA sites. He has been excellent in stakeholder management with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, procurement to ensure a seamless phase/in & out. Also with external parties – coordinating the decommissioning of the site has been done extremely well – mapping all the risks proactively – all legal, environmental requirements were handled in a very professional way. Interacting with governmental instances. His PMO skills are absolutely outstanding – shared by the team putting right accountabilities and meeting timelines in a very collaborative way.
On top Marian has been great in team spirit, getting high performance in difficult environment. His empathic, extremely inclusive and good listener with attention to detail and keeping the bigger picture have lead that was accepted by everybody. Also he worked in a very independent way with good Steerco moderation.
I would recommend Marian as a Project Manager in the FMCG industry. He has vast experience working in blue chip companies as well as a range of projects such as grassroots and site expansions.

Marian is a qualified CAD designer with excellent experience using AutoCAD, CorelDraw and Solidworks. He has worked various production engineer, supervisor and planning positions, working in a Lean environment to 5S and Kaizer standards, and has a rich understanding of design and engineering principles. He has a strong passion for design, and is a very focused individual.
His main strengths and skills include production engineering, manufacturing processes, quality control, engineering environments and CAD design. He is motivated by reputation, rewards, fun, challenges and having a purpose where he can apply his expertise to customer specifications and requirements. He is a creative individual who has continuously won awards in both 2D and 3D CAD design for his technicality and innovation at university. Highly recommended.
